host: in the post today -- ashley is calling from georgia. caller: good morning. i don't think the republican party needs to change. there's a problem with self entitlement in this country. my grandparents worked for what they had and they grew what they had and lived on what they had. they never expected a handout. that's how most of the people in that time were. we have become a country where we live beyond our means and feel we are entitled to free stuff. i worked at a public hospital. it is the most diverse county in the country. most of our patients are indigent so don't have insurance and they feel entitled to have all the care, hundreds of thousands dollars worth of care expand not pay. you have a party say i will give you free stuff and i will pay for this and you will have this at no charge, people are going to go into that. that's the mentality of the country now. no one believes in working hard for what they have. host: ashley was our last call for this segment from republicans on the future of their party following the election. coming up, a couple of
